Committees

Each school year we look for volunteers to join some subcommittees to help the PTC with all of the activities we do throughout the year. Here is some info about this years committees.

• Fundraising Committee
  The major responsibility of this committee is planning and executing specific fundraising activities. This work could include organizing the fundraiser setup with vendor partners, writing communications to share with families and teachers to promote the fundraiser, etc. The time involved may include planning meetings and individual planning time.

• Events Committee
  The major responsibility of this committee is planning and executing fun events for our school community. Examples could include a family movie night, helping with fundraising events such as the walk-a-thon, etc. The time involved may include a handful of planning meetings before the events, as well as the day of.

• Spring Fling Committee
  The major responsibility of this committee is planning and executing the Spring Fling. This work could involve coordinating raffle baskets, ordering supplies, planning food for the event, setting up games, and coordinating volunteers. The time involved may include a handful of planning meetings before the event, as well as the day of.

• Yearbook Committee

  The major responsibility of this committee is designing, editing and proofing the yearbook. Time involved would mostly be individual at-home time.

• Staff Lounge
  Stock the staff lounge with snacks, paper products and anything to brighten their day.
